Directors

Elaine Rosi  has 35+ years experience in educating children. Her education spans from an International Certification for Montessori preschool, teaching children 3, 4, 5, and 6 years of age to using her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education to teach Kindergarten accumulating 17 years teaching experience. She also completed her Master of Arts degree in Education which enhanced her work with teachers as she became a Director of a Child Development Center from 1996 to 2000.  This leadership role led her to accept a job in 2001 as Director of Martha Rounds Academy in Brentwood, Missouri which she and her husband Richard  Rosi  purchased in September 2002. She remained the Director of their school until 2005 when she and Richard purchased their second preschool in Wildwood, Missouri. She now holds the title of Owner and Executive Director of Elaine Rosi  Academy For Children. Richard has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business successfully working in the corporate sales and management field for 30 years. Together Elaine and Richard work side by side developing innovative programs that enhance children’s preschool experiences. Both welcome families with open arms to visit their schools and learn about our successful preschool programs.

Michelle  Polston  is the director of our Brentwood location. Michelle has her bachelor’s degree in Child Development and her MAT in Education. She has been a classroom teacher for preschoolers, and  pre-kindergartners, a summer camp counselor and a director’s assistant. Michelle has over 14 years of experience educating young children.

Jessica Hill is the Assistant Director of our Brentwood location. Jessica has been dedicated to the Elaine Rosi Academy family for the last 15 years. She has enjoyed being in the classroom as a Lead Preschool Teacher for 12 years, and for the last 3 years Jessica has been an essential part of our Administrative team. Jessica has a passion for training teachers and loves to keep her helping hands in the classroom. She is also the mother of 3 beautiful children, whom have all had the great pleasure of attending and graduating from Elaine Rosi Academy
